This Privacy Policy explains how AMV Consulting LLC (“MeshLib“, “we“, “us“) collects, uses, shares, and safeguards your personal information when you visit https://meshlib.io and any related marketing sub‑domains (collectively, the “Website“). It does not cover the MeshLib SDK, APIs, or cloud services, which are governed by separate agreements.

4. No telemetry in the MeshLib SDK
The offline MeshLib SDK does not transmit or collect user data.
5. Cookies & tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising. Non‑essential cookies are set only with your consent via the banner. See our separate Cookie Policy for details.
6. Data sharing
We share data only with trusted processors under written contracts: Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, FullStory, Mixpanel, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot CRM, and Cloudflare (CDN). We do not sell your personal data.
7. International transfers
Data may be processed in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data‑Privacy Framework for certified vendors (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) or Standard Contractual Clauses for others (FullStory, HubSpot). Copies are available on request.

EU/UK residents may complain to their supervisory authority; residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah have additional state‑specific rights (see addendum A below).
10. Security measures
TLS 1.3 in transit; AES‑256 at rest; least‑privilege access; quarterly vulnerability scans; annual penetration tests; continuous monitoring.
11. Children
The Website is not intended for individuals under 16 (EU) or under 13 (US). We delete such data if discovered.
12. Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be announced on the Website and via the cookie banner. See “Last updated” date above.
Addendum A – U.S. State Rights (CCPA/CPRA, VCDPA, CPA, CTDPA, UCPA)
Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah may have additional rights, including the right to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale or sharing of personal data.
