Terms of use
Last updated: 11 July 2025
These Terms of Use (“Terms“) form a legally‑binding contract between AMV Consulting LLC (doing business as MeshLib, “we“, “us“, “our“) and you (either an individual or the entity you represent) governing your access to and use of https://meshlib.io and any related marketing sub‑domains (collectively, the “Website“).
Important: Use of the MeshLib SDK, APIs, cloud services, or any paid plans is governed by separate license agreements (e.g., Developer, Commercial, Educational, or Enterprise). If there is a conflict, the relevant license agreement controls.
1 Eligibility & user representations
You represent and warrant that you: 1. are at least 18 years old (or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction); 2. have the legal capacity and authority to accept these Terms; and 3. will comply with all applicable laws and these Terms when using the Website.
2 Permitted use
The Website and its content (text, graphics, code, downloads, documentation, branding) are provided for informational purposes only. You may:
view pages in a standard web browser; and
download or print content solely for personal, non‑commercial, or internal‑business reference.
You must not:
republish, sell, rent, license, or commercially exploit Website content;
remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices; or
use automated tools (scrapers, bots, data‑mining) without our written consent.
3 Third‑party services & links
The Website integrates or references third‑party services (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Clarity, FullStory, Mixpanel, HubSpot). Your interactions with those services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third‑party content or practices.
4 Acceptable‑use rules
You agree not to: 1. interfere with Website security, integrity, or availability; 2. upload malware or attempt unauthorised access to any systems; 3. harass, defame, or harm anyone via the Website; 4. misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting forms; or 5. engage in activity that violates law or infringes intellectual property.
We may suspend or block access for violations (see § 11).
5 Intellectual property
All content and the “MeshLib” marks are owned by AMV Consulting LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. No license is granted except as explicitly set out in § 2.
6 Privacy & cookies
Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated by reference.
7 Disclaimer of warranties
The Website is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind—express, implied, or statutory—including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non‑infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Your use is at your sole risk.
8 Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AMV Consulting LLC and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Website, even if advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed USD 100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; where they apply, liability is limited to the minimum amount permitted by law.
9 Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AMV Consulting LLC and its affiliates from any claim, loss, or demand (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (i) your use of the Website; (ii) your breach of these Terms; or (iii) your violation of law or third‑party rights.
10 Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, cyber‑attacks, labour disputes, or utility outages.
11 Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful. Provisions that by nature should survive (e.g., §§ 5, 7–10, 13–14) shall survive termination.
12 Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
Binding arbitration. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration in Redmond, Washington (USA) under the American Arbitration Association’s Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English by a single arbitrator. Each party bears its own costs; the prevailing party may recover reasonable attorneys’ fees.
Nothing prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in any competent court to protect intellectual‑property or proprietary rights.
13 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date indicates the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on the Website. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14 Severability & waiver
If any provision is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver.
15 Entire agreement
These Terms, together with any separate license agreements and referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Website and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications.
